A specialist food safety consultancy for the oil and industry which has been operating since 2005 and has practical food safety experience in E&P with a major oil and gas operator in a number of countries including Azerbaijan, Algeria, Angola, Egypt, UAE, Iraq, India, Pakistan, UK and South Korea.

Services are aimed at corporate and project level HSE managers, operations managers, PSCM, health advisors, company doctors, clinic medical staff, occupational health and hygiene supervisors for E&P oil & gas operators, contractors and caterers.

Work can be completed offshore. Current OPITO approved Basic Offshore Safety Induction Emergency Training (BOSIET), MIST, Certificate of Offshore Medical Fitness and Vantage Card. Hostile environment training has also been completed.

E&P experience includes the following:

● Planning, development and implementation of food safety management programs for operator projects and operations at country / regional level.

● Food Safety audits of offshore and onshore based catering operations on behalf of operators.

● Certificated Food Safety, HACCP and audit training of Operators HSSE, Health Advisors and contractors catering staff.

● Food safety and catering input for operator supply chain management prior to awarding a catering contract.

● Mobilisation of caterers into projects and operations to ensure all food safety systems have been implemented.

● Investigation of food safety incidents.

● Design and upgrading of catering facilities.

● Implementation of food safety programs / Haccp into catering operations.
